CORE Management is a virtual Management Services Organization (MSO) specializing in the business side of private mental health practices. From billing and payroll to financial forecasting and expansion strategy, our job is to eliminate the barriers that stop clinicians from starting, growing, and sustaining their practices.

Why We Do What We Do
CORE Management began with a conversation: a clinician shared with her husband, “I want to open my own practice one day, but I have no idea where to start, what it costs, or what it takes just to keep it running.” That moment revealed a truth many clinicians face: the desire to serve is strong, but the business barriers are overwhelming.
CORE was founded to remove those barriers. At our CORE, we are a company built by people who deeply value mental health providers—not just for their work and sacrifices, but for who they are as people: spouses, parents, friends, and community members.
