- Claims submission within 48 hours of each session
- Payment posting & reconciliation within 72 hours of ERA/EOB receipt
- Denial appeals filed within 5 business days of payer response (tracked)
- A/R oversight: weekly aging review, payer follow-ups, targeted worklists
- Month-end close completed by the 10th business day (see Close Packet)
- Practice access to a licensed EHR & billing system (included—no extra subscription)
