Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (Full Cycle)

  • Claims submission within 48 hours of each session
  • Payment posting & reconciliation within 72 hours of ERA/EOB receipt
  • Denial appeals filed within 5 business days of payer response (tracked)
  • A/R oversight: weekly aging review, payer follow-ups, targeted worklists
  • Month-end close completed by the 10th business day (see Close Packet)
  • Practice access to a licensed EHR & billing system (included—no extra subscription)

Payroll & HR Support

  • Payroll processing & reconciliation every cycle via licensed payroll/HR system
  • Onboarding & records for employees/contractors (licenses, credentials, W-9/W-4, agreements)
  • Offer templates, onboarding checklists, and policy acknowledgments

Compliance Framework (Expanded)

  • CORE Compliance Binder (expanded): training log, BAA/vendor log, incident log, quarterly access review, change tracking
  • Quarterly access & vendor reviews scheduled, documented, and logged
  • Annual HIPAA risk analysis with remediation plan

  • Monthly Close Packet (by the 10th business day): billing KPIs (clean claim rate, denial snapshot, collections reconciliation, A/R aging) + compliance snapshot (training status, BAA/vendor changes, incidents, access reviews)
